Local Yam Pourage (less expensive)



INGREDIENTS 


Crayfish 

Yam

Knorr cube 

Onion 


Paprika pepper 

Water

Salt

Palm oil


STEPS

Slice and wash the yam very well in a bowl and place it on a heat


Pound the crayfish and onion together and set aside 

Add palm oil when water gets boiled 

After 10min add the pounded crayfish onion, and knorr cube, salt, and pepper 

 15min later, use a strong spoon to press and turn the yam to form pourage

It should look like this when done, open to cool for the pourage to form properly 

You can now have your pourage yam
